Ok continuing from last wekk as far as new tunes go....Enjoying the Ryan J Boyd stuff.......but ya really gotta hear the whole album to absorb it's full potential ya know!?
Now here's a record I had just found today! It's a live recording of a certain famous singer from a certain famous hard rock act after that certain famous hard rock act broke up.
The album jacket is a weird assemblage of pics from the bands official release, an old article from the singer's "Band of Joy" days, the performance setlist (the encore track didn't make it on the recording) and Asian characters. The labels on the record itself were completely wrong so I wasn't sure if I was actually purchasing the right item. As for the recording itself, in my judgement is better than "Volume One" of this retro blues crew, but by the magic of the internet you can judge yourself...
